Shelley Fairhurst, Director of Residential Management: After over 30+ years in property management, Shelley knows the business like no other. From tenants to owners, on-site managers to vendors, she can multi-task and get the job done. She screens for the best tenants, coordinates needed repairs, and has turnovers down to a science. She will handle a variety of situations on any given day from parking complaints and tree removal, to utility issues and move in procedures. Friends, family, and travel fill her well deserved free time.
